concert review: fun fun fun fest 2008

did a write-up of the festival. setlists from atmosphere and recover are in the comments. hit up the minus the bear and clipse posts for their's. recover, clipse and atmosphere were my personal highlights. recover wasn't a part of the actual festival, but the dudes ripped it like it was 2002.

concert review: gym class heroes/estelle (october 10, 2008)

i know all you assholes hate the GCH posts, but i had to review the show for school, and it's always nice to post things, right? this will be the last GCH post, at least for a while. so as a final plug, get on the quilt. shit's hot.

either way, i've included the stressed out remixes (itunes bonus tracks) of live a little, cookie jar and blinded by the sun as a thank you for ignoring what i wrote.

show recap: common and n.e.r.d. - the souled out tour (sept. 9, 2008)

i had the opportunity to hit up one of the dopest tours ever last night. the fine dudes at boo goo doo boom have posted a nice little recap from last night. definitely worth checking out for the videos.

both has incredible stage presence and put on great shows. there's a video of a new track called "gladiator" (apparently) up, featuring pharrell, too.

if this tour is coming to your town, don't be a failure and miss it.

peep all the excitement here.

concert review: the starting line (april 11, 2008)

aahhhh, the starting line. their last houston show was a week ago. it was a joyous and heartbreaking affair. i have the biggest soft spot for this band. bayside, bore year strong and steel train opened, and i did a review.

p.s. i'm sorry about the lack of music, but i've been hectic with school, so i figure it's better to post something rather than absolutely nothing. summer's coming soon. holler.
